• Manage the company’s computerized inventory of merchandise
  (computer-based management only – not a warehouse role)
• Perform quality control throughout the production stages
• Open computerized work orders for production requests
• Understand the company’s jewelry collections and issue work orders for missing items by collection
• Package and prepare shipments

Requirements:

• Experience working with computers
• Proficiency in Excel
• Full-time availability only (7:30–16:30); occasional overtime may be required
• Perfect vision – essential for inspecting small details during quality control
• Excellent interpersonal skills (working closely with store managers and the production floor)
• Good English (communication with brand stores in the U.S.)
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn new things
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, precision, and thoroughness
