What are the shipping charges?

YVEL offers free worldwide shipping on a total order of jewelry over $1,000. Any order under $1,000 will be charged $10 for worldwide shipping (with the exception of taxes, VAT or import charges, see below for more).

When will I receive the jewelry i ordered?

Generally speaking, for most orders of in-stock merchandise, shipments leaving the Yvel Design Center will arrive in approximately one week.

For special orders, out of stock items or special requests and modifications, we will need production time to craft the piece(s) by hand to your specifications.

In these cases, an Yvel representative will be in touch to inform you of the precise delivery date.

Will taxes and/or VAT apply to my order?

Yes, Taxes and/or VAT may apply to your order. YVEL is not responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes or surcharges levied by the customer’s country.

We recommend that you consult your local tax official to discover what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence.

Am I liable for my order during shipping?

No.  YVEL is responsible for your purchase until you sign for the package at the delivery point.

What shipping companies does YVEL use?

YVEL uses all of the major shipping carriers including UPS or FedEx.

What payment methods does YVEL accept?

Payments may be made through credit card through PayPal.

Is the site safe and secure?

Yes. At YVEL, we take your security as personally as we take our own.

YVEL does not charge sales tax, but there may be tax charges added within your own country.

What is your return policy?

YVEL offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked.

A refund will be given in the same payment method by which it was received, meaning towards the same PayPal account.

No. YVEL will accept the charges for return shipping.

What warranty does YVEL provide?

How much does it cost to re-size a ring?

No charge. YVEL will re-size the ring for no additional charge.

Can i order quantities of one design?

Yes, Yvel will make as many pieces as you desire. however, please note…

  1. Uniquely handmade items:  For orders of additional quantities of this type of design,

our sales representative will contact you regarding the length of time needed to produce and the expected date of shipment.

  1. Exquisitely handmade-True to image items: Because these types of items are unique, additional quantities of this design

may vary slightly from piece to piece, due to the natural distinctive characteristics of pearls and precious gemstones.

Additional quantities of this design will be handmade upon receipt of your order.
