Definitions
The Company – C.I. and A.O. Metal Industries Ltd., Company no. 512724089, possesses the international brand rights to Yvel.
The branches – Yvel has four points of sale in Israel, which the Company operates directly, as follows: the Visitors Center in Jerusalem; a boutique in the TLV Fashion Mall; a boutique in the Carmel Forest Spa Resort; and a boutique in the Cramim Resort and Spa.
Company website – the online point of sale is at www.yvel.com.
The Customer – any person who buys a product from the Company, including a person who received the product as a gift, provided that he lawfully possesses the tax invoice receipt testifying to the purchase of the product directly from the Company. To remove doubt, a person who purchased Company products indirectly from Company branches (or from the website in Israel) is not considered as a Company Customer, but as a Customer from the entity from which he purchased the products and he should therefore directly contact the entity which made the sale to him.
Cancellation of a transaction – any case in which a Customer wishes to cancel the purchase transaction of jewelry from the Company and/or exchange jewelry with a different product and/or receive credit.
Jewelry – any product sold by the Company at its branches, including a set of jewelry sold as a single unit. It is made clear that the price of the jewelry will be its price in practice without any kind of discount.
Reservations – geographic application
The policy appearing here refers solely to the purchase of Company jewelry from the branches and website of the Company and only within the State of Israel.
Transaction cancellation and product return and exchange policy
Cancellation of a jewelry transaction
- Jewelry purchased directly from the Company website may be returned to the Company within fourteen days (14) from the date of the transaction and/or receipt of the jewelry, whichever is later, provided that it is returned with the invoice and in its original packaging and without being used.
- Jewelry sold at branches for proceeds that do not exceed NIS 3,000 may be returned to the Company within two business days, subject to providing a tax invoice and on the condition that the jewelry is returned in its original packaging and having never been used. The jewelry will be returned to one of the branches.
- It is not possible to cancel a purchase transaction of jewelry sold at the branches for proceeds greater than NIS 3,000, nor shall the return and/or exchange of the product be approved, except with approval from the Company at the standing of the purchase of the jewelry and in writing. It is made clear that said approval shall be issued at the sole discretion of the Company.
- Notwithstanding the aforesaid and regardless of the price of the jewelry and/or the place of its purchase, it shall not be possible to cancel a transaction and/or obtain a refund and/or exchange jewelry that purchased by special order.
*** For this purpose, a special order is an inscription at the request of the Customer, a unique design or change and/or customization of jewelry at the request of the Customer. - Subject to the aforesaid, the jewelry may be exchanged and/or refunded at any of the branches and by mail to the address:

If the jewelry is sent by mail, the Customer is solely responsibility for its arrival at the destination by the stipulated date, in its original packaging and undamaged. Verify that the shipment is lawfully insured at its full value. The Company shall bear no liability for any damage and/or loss of said jewelry until its arrival.
Transaction cancellation costs
- If a transaction is cancelled pursuant to this document, the Customer shall have the right to decide if he wishes to receive a refund, exchange the product, or receive a credit coupon, everything pursuant to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of a Transaction), 5770-2010, and subject to the Company’s right to deduct from the amount of the proceeds a cancellation fee of 5% of the price paid for the jewelry, but capped at NIS 100.
- A Customer who chooses a refund will receive the proceeds from the Company within seven business days, in accordance with the means of payment.
- A Customer who chooses a credit coupon shall be eligible to receive a printed coupon that shall be valid for two years from its delivery date to the Customer, and subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
- It is made clear that the issue of a credit coupon and/or exchange of the jewelry shall only take into account the proceeds paid in practice.
Warranty policy for jewelry and repairs service
Jewelry warranty
- Any jewelry shall be eligible for a basic warranty that includes full repair of any production flaw for one year from the day of purchase. The warranty does not include coverage for prolonged use, wear and tear, cracks and/or loss and other damage.
- Jewelry, which was sold for proceeds greater than NIS 17,500 shall be eligible for an expanded warranty (“expanded warranty“), under which it shall be eligible for a five-year warranty, including warranty for cracks.
Repairs service
- The Company produces all the jewelry at the Visitors Center, located at 1 Yehiel M. Steinberg Street, Jerusalem. The customer service includes repair of jewelry, either under the warranty or as part of the customer service for a separate payment.
- In case of a flaw and/or damage to the jewelry, and subject to the relevant type of warranty hereinabove, contact the Customer Service Center of the Company at 02-6735811, Sunday-Thursday, 09:00-16:00 or at the Customer Service Center by email: support@yvel.com
In said inquiry to exercise the jewelry warranty or to request repair of jewelry, provide the following details:- Full details to call back.
- A copy of the receipt testifying to the purchase of the jewelry.
- Photographs of the jewelry and of the flaw/what needs to be repaired.
- A brief explanation about the claimed flaw/damage.
- The Company shall try to respond to said inquiry within seven days, during which it shall notify about further handling. If the warranty does not cover the flaw, the Customer will be sent a quote and schedule for the repair.
Definitions

If the jewelry is sent by mail, the Customer shall coordinate the shipment with the Company at usaservice@yvel.com and will be solely responsible for its arrival at the destination by the stipulated date, in its original packaging and undamaged. Verify that the shipment is lawfully insured at its full value. The Company shall bear no liability for any damage and/or loss of said jewelry until its arrival.
Warranty policy for jewelry and repairs service
Jewelry warranty
15. Any jewelry shall be eligible for a basic warranty which includes full repair of any production flaw for one year from the day of purchase. The warranty does not include coverage for prolonged use, wear and tear, cracks and/or loss and other damage.
16. Jewelry, which was sold for proceeds greater than $5,000 shall be eligible for an expanded warranty (“Expanded Warranty“), under which it shall be eligible for a five-year warranty, including warranty for cracks.
Repairs service
17. The customer service includes repair of jewelry, either under the warranty or as part of the customer service for a separate payment.

In said inquiry to exercise the jewelry warranty or to request repair of jewelry, provide the following details:
18.1. Full details to call back.

YVEL offers free worldwide shipping on a total order of jewelry over $1,000. Any order under $1,000 will be charged $10 for worldwide shipping.
***worldwide – we ship to most countries of the world, but some restrictions may apply from time to time on specific destinations.
YVEL will not be responsible for any vat and or taxes and or customs duty and or surcharges imposed by the customer’s country. For further information, please consult with your local tax official to see what import duties and/or VAT you are required to pay in your place of residence.
If the delivery of your order is delayed, please contact our customer service.
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the contents of the package. If there are any discrepancies between what you ordered and what you received, proceed according to our Terms & Conditions.
Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. Additionally, information about your order, shipment and products contained therein may be communicated to our shippers and the customs authorities as part of the customs clearance process.
The following statement sets out details of the policy adopted by YVEL (C.I&A.O Metal industries LTD ).
The Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal and other data (as defined below) that we gather about users of the services (as defined below), how we collect and make use of such data, including saving, processing and sharing the data with third parties, etc.
Whenever in this Privacy Policy that we refer to “you” or “yours”’ the intention is to all users who make use of our services (as defined below) and the personal data and other data (as defined below) refers to him or her.

1.2. Images and video and audio data via security cameras located in public areas, such as hallways and lobbies, in our properties (closed circuit television systems – CCTV and electronic card key).

3.4. Administrative and other communications: To send you important information regarding our website, changes to our terms, conditions, and policies, or other administrative information (e.g., information about your travel reservations, such as confirmation emails).
3.5. Marketing and promotions: To communicate news and promotions to you regarding Dan Hotels related products and services we think may be of interest to you; including Spa & Gym, Bars and Restaurants.
3.6. Our legal duties: To comply with legal and regulatory requirements or demands in accordance with applicable law, regulations, or other legal process.
3.7. We may use some or all of the Personal Data and Other Data in order to perform certain statistical calculations, however none of these calculations shall include any personally identifiable information or details.

5.2. Our marketing and advertisement partners. These partners will not use your data for any other purpose than our legitimate interest of direct marketing and you will always have the right to object.
5.3. We may disclose or transfer your Information to a third party in the event of any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition.

Cross-Border Transfer
- As generally principal, data processing is held within Israel borders, data processing by third parties or cloud service providers may be held on servers around the world such as Microsoft azure, Microsoft 365 , amazon aws etc.
How You Can Access, Change, or Limit the Use of Your Personal Data
If you reside in the EU the following provisions will apply to you
- The right to information on the processing of your Personal Data. We strive to provide you with concise, transparent, understandable and easily accessible information on the conditions for processing your personal data, in clear and simple terms.
- The right to access, rectify, delete your Personal Data. The right of access allows you to obtain from us confirmation that your Personal Data have or have not been processed as well as the conditions of such processing, and to receive an electronic copy.
- The right to obtain from us the rectification of your Personal Data.
- Subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law, you have the right to ask us to delete your Personal Data, when one of the following grounds applies:

11.5. The right to restrict the processing of your Personal Data; The applicable regulations provide that this right may be invoked in certain cases, in particular the following:
11.6. When you dispute the accuracy of your personal data;
11.7. When you consider and can establish that the processing of Personal Data is unlawful but you oppose the deletion of Personal Data and demand instead that the processing be limited;
11.8. When we no longer need your Personal Data but they are still necessary for you to establish, exercise or defend your legal rights;
11.9. When you object to the processing that would be based on the legitimate interest of the controller, during the verification whether the legitimate grounds pursued by the controller prevail over those of the person in question.
- The right to data portability.
12.1. When the processing is based on your consent or a contract, this right to portability allows you to receive the Personal Data you have provided to us with in a structured, commonly used format, and to transmit this Personal Data to another data controller without us hindering it.
- The right to withdraw consent.
13.1. When we process your Personal Data on the basis of your consent, this latter may be withdrawn at any time using the means provided for this purpose (procedure indicated below of this Policy). On the other hand, and in accordance with applicable law, the withdrawal of your consent is only valid for the future and cannot therefore call into question the lawfulness of the processing carried out before this withdrawal.
- The right to decide the fate of your Personal Data after your death
14.1. To organize the fate of your personal post-mortem data through the adoption of general or specific guidelines. We are committed to respecting these guidelines. In the absence of directives, we recognize the possibility for heirs to exercise certain rights, in particular the right of access, if it is necessary for the settlement of the deceased’s estate; the right to object to the closure of the deceased’s user accounts; and the right to object to the processing of their data.

Security.
- We implement reasonable administrative, organizational and technical safeguards and security measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, disclosure, destruction or alteration, accidental loss, misuse or damage. We regularly review and monitor such safeguards and security measures.
- When disclosure of data to third parties is necessary and authorized, we ensure that these third parties guarantee adequate level of protection and requires contractual guarantees so that the data are exclusively processed for the purposes you have previously accepted, and with the required confidentiality and security.

Retention.

Sensitive Data.
- Unless specifically requested, we ask that you not send us, or disclose, on or through the Services or otherwise, to us, any Sensitive Personal Data (e.g., social security numbers, national identification number, data related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, ideological or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background, administrative or criminal proceedings and sanctions).
Use of Services by Minors.
- Yvel does not knowingly collect Personal Data from any person under the age of 18.
- Yvel may collect Personal Data from people under the age of 18 as part of the guest registration process, but always with the consent of such person’s parent or guardian.
Updates.
- We are entitled to change and update this Privacy Policy from time to time, at our sole discretion, without having to provide notice thereof. Responsibility for becoming familiar with the changes, if any, made by this Privacy Policy rests with you alone.
